What is the World Machine Tool Survey?
The World Machine Tool Survey is a comprehensive study of the global machine tool economy. Gardner Intelligence has collected import/export data on every country that has imported machine tools worth $100 million or more in any single year since 2001, and uses this data to estimate production and consumption for each of these countries.
Sections include an overview of the machine tool industry, its impact on the U.S., and suggestions on how to respond, charts showing trade top importers, exports, producers, and consumers, and analyses of 51 different countries' machine tool imports, exports, production, and consumption and the YOY change in those same categories.
